Selco, Inc. proudly provided the highest quality of service to customers while maintaining its responsiveness to the variability inherent in manufacturing and product development. In doing so, Selco measured various key processes utilizing Six Sigma Metrics. Selco consistently maintained the following averages:
Customers consistently reported a defective parts per million (DPPM) equating to less than 0.1% of Selco, Inc. produced and globally distributed items of which required corrective action.
Selco, Inc. maintained an average of 0.5 days (less than 1 day) for corrective action response time to customer complaints. This translates to less than 1/5th of the customer's required corrective action response time (5 days maximum) for providing corrective action response.
99.21% of Selco's out-going shipments left the facility on-time as promised to be delivered to our customer's end-users.
Selco, Inc.'s Production Department maintained a 99.96% average in-process acceptance rating as inspected by Selco Quality Control for both first & final article audits. Additionally, pre-shipment preparation audits were reported by Selco Quality Control at 100% acceptance rating.
Customer guidelines for inventory dollars were net 94% accurate. Selco, Inc. distribution inventory dollar values were consistently above 98% accurate.
